People who thinking in terms of opportunity costs could say "We lost five million dollars because not listened a feedback.".
If you have no social networks login on your website then you tell users about your unappreciation.
It does not matter if you are huge corporation like LG (their career page even more interesting) or a little Makerbot who ignores thousands of emails. If have no social networks login than you say about your unappreciation of a user personal time.
As for me this is waightful reason to not deal with a company. They shown no respect to my time already at login stage. How would they help me with a product? With same soul.
